Museum of the American Revolution

The Museum of the American Revolution explores the dynamic story of the American Revolution, through its rich collection of Revolutionary-era weapons, personal items, letters, diaries, and works of art. As a part of the Red, White, & Blue To-Do festivities, the Museum will be offering extended hours and hosting costumed historical interpretation throughout the day. Kids will also be able to create their own flag in the Museum's children's discovery center Revolution Place, and take part in other fun activities on the plaza throughout the day.

Experience Philadelphia 250’s Declaration Station—a mobile, pop-up collective civic project to gather what people think is still important about the Declaration of Independence today, why that matters to the city and society we live in and dream of, and what role people want to play in making them a reality.
