The Liberty View is an outdoor terrace and private event space managed by the Philadelphia Visitor Center Corporation, located on the second-floor mezzanine level of the Independence Visitor Center. 

Located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Historic District, this stunning space elevates special events, social gatherings, corporate retreats, press conferences, holiday parties, and company meetings of any size to epic proportions. 

During the day, visitors are welcome to have lunch, take a photo, or just enjoy the unparalleled views of Independence Mall on the wrap-around east Liberty View Terrace, and open to the public.
