Within the grounds of Fairmount Park, six historic homes act as time capsules from the 18th and 19th century: Cedar Grove, Laurel Hill, Lemon Hill, Historic Strawberry Mansion,  Mount Pleasant, and Woodford.

Affectionately known as the "Charms of Fairmount Park," or "Park Charms," the Historic Houses served as summer villas for prominent Philadelphians around the time of the American Revolution. Now preserved as museums, the Park Charms are among the most significant architectural examples of this time period in the United States.

The Park Charms each have their own personality and style. Self-guided and docent-led individual and group tours are available. Operational hours and admission costs vary.
